Project Description

The American Biological Safety Association (ABSA) was founded in 1984 to promote biosafety as a scientific discipline and serve the growing needs of biosafety professionals throughout the world. Its goals are two fold: to form a professional association that represents the interests and needs of practitioners of biological safety and provide a forum for the continued and timely exchange of biosafety information.

ABSA approached us to begin the process of developing their brand. We did a strategic audit of existing material and realized it was dated and not in line with their vision. They wanted to look modern and professional especially at tradeshows.

We designed a brochure and a tradeshow stand as well as a training and recruitment booth. We continued with the development of their brochures and letterhead to create a brand that is appropriate for government offices and Ph.D’s.

The design meets the broad demographic of students, architects, engineers, scientists and government officials. The new material was executed within the budget and met their expectations. Their new look and tools have given them the professionalism they need to attract new members and gain confidence in the markets they serve.
